1) Usage of platform

By creating an account, you agree to these rules while using the INSERT_COIN services, which include games, profiles and any community features. You also confirm that you are atleast 13 years old when using our services.
A recommended safety on our services is, that you do not share addresses/real names/credit cards/similar to other users.

a) Cheats & exploits

On our services, you are prohibited to use cheats, exploits, automated applications, macros, etc. We want everyone to play fairly on our services! This also counts for spamming our servers with requests or similar. If you are caught cheating / using exploiters / similar, your account is at risk of getting moderated and losing everything!

2) Be respectful

You must treat other users respectfully on our services.
This means you may not:

Use profanity, slurs or offensive language

Harass, insult or target other users

Attempt to bypass filters or disguise inappropriate language

Please do mind that you are allowed to swear on our services, but you are not allowed to target other users with it or use it oftenly.
Upon breaking those rules, we will take action on your account and may give you a temporary or permanent suspension.a) Discrimination and racismAny form of discrimination (including racism) is prohibited on our platform and will be taken action against users who try to break this rule. This includes targeting users based on race, nationality, identity or similar.

3) Inappropriate content

You may not upload or share inappropriate content on our services.
This includes:

Sexual or suggestive content

Content related to dating or explicit interactions

Offensive or disturbing images

Gore content with visible extreme blood

We will try our best to keep the platform safe of content like this.
If you are being caught putting content like this on our services, you will be removed from the platform. The content itself will also be removed.

a) Mentions and references

You may not mention or discuss sexual related content (including sexualities) or related across the INSERT_COIN services in any possible way.

4) Sharing off-platform links

You may share links to these websites : YouTube, TikTok and ic-games.net.
However you may not share unknown or suspicious websites or redirect users to unsafe or misleading platforms. You may not share websites which break the Terms of Services. (for example a inappropriate website) We only want trusted websites on our services and we aren't responsible for the links you click on our services.

5) Your data and responsibility

You are resonsible for your own account. We may store your account data (such as profile info and game stats) and display these stats across different INSERT_COIN games.

Impersonate other users, developers or staff

Mislead other users about your identity

Share or sell accounts

a) NationalityDepending on your region, it may be possible to lose access of certain features or similar.6) Moderation

INSERT_COIN reserves the right to remove content (profiles, images, descriptions) and to modify or reset user content if it violates the rules.
To keep our platform clean from bad actors or similar, we might check private things (like chat messages) stored on our website to make sure all users are following our Terms of Services. (will not be shared publicly)

a) Fair usage of our services

You are prohibited to:

Exploit bugs or unintended bugs

Attempt to disrupt the platform or other users

Usage of bots or scripts that harm our services and/or games

If you found a bug and report it to our moderators instead of abusing it, we appreciate it very much.

7) Enforcement

If you break the rules, we may remove specific content attached to your account and/or also temporarily or permanently restrict your account access on our services.
On severe rule breaks, your in-game progress or assets may be at risk.

8) Game content

INSERT_COIN may create or remake games inspired by existing titles.
These may not always be officially affiliated with the original developers.

a) Distribution

You are not allowed to distribute the INSERT_COIN games with other people. (even if it's free or not)
If you want to share a game with your friend (or similar), please tell them to download the game themselves and not download it directly through a clone of the game.

9) Forums

The forums should be used correctly in their corresponding topic. For example this means you may not post a bug report in the "Off topic" forum, as there's specifically a forum called "Technical issues" which can be used for bug reports.
On the forums, you are not allowed to harass other users or similar as all the Terms of Services also apply on the Forums.

10) Service terms

The Terms of Services may be updated over time. By using our platform, you automatically agree to all of the future changes. The goal of these terms is to keep ic-games.net a safe and fun place for people to play games and make friends! By not breaking the Terms of Services, your account is not at risk of moderation actions.
